Full Moon Forest Meditation

Close
Sunday December 3rd, 7-10pm.

Join me for a very special evening of yoga and forest meditation, under the light of a December full moon.

We’ll gather at the Living Classroom, a wooden lodge that sits in the ancient woodland above Durweston in Dorset. The woodburner will be toasty warm, there’ll be blankets and cushions, and as always, delicious snacks and hot drinks.

  • The evening will begin with a guided meditation and light yoga session in the Classroom (suitable for all ages and experience).
  • Then we’ll take a moonlit walk together in the forest. I’ll guide you through simple mindfulness exercises that will awaken and heighten the senses to your surroundings- you’ll immediately notice how rich and vibrant your experiences become.
  • Finally, we’ll gather round the woodburner with tea and home-made cake. We’ll honour the journey so far,as our year comes to a close. And we’ll set intentions for the time ahead.
  • The evening will end with a silent meditation.

So take the opportunity to dive deeper into your spiritual practice, to bathe in the magic of a moonlit forest, or to simply enjoy the gentle pace of an evening that is quiet and still.

This retreat is being offered for £20, to include tea and homemade snacks.
